Returns & Exchanges
For returns and exchanges, items must be in their original form and free of wear and tear. All refunds and exchanges must be initiated within seven days of receiving your items. Send an email to esseactivewear@gmail.com and specify if you would like to refund or exchange. A customer service representative will reach out within 48 hours and a shipping label will be provided.
If a refund is requested, payment will be refunded once the product has been received. If an exchange is requested, the new item(s) will be shipped out once the original product is received.
All sales are final on fitness training, workout plans, and meal plans.
